Council Actions
A motion from the Public Relations Committee to approve the revised e-blast guidelines passed.
A fundraising request from Water to Thrive to be held on November 9th passed.
A revised motion for a corporate resolution to: The following individuals are fully authorized and empowered to transfer, endorse, sell, assign, and deliver any and all investments of the corporation and to make, execute, and deliver any and all written instruments necessary to effectuate the authority hereby conferred: the Treasurer, Financial Secretary, President, and President Elect, except the Endowment Funds in which case it shall be the Endowment Ministry Director or the Treasurer. The motion passed.
A motion to approve and accept the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to open a parish administrator staff position as defined in the job description prepared by Personnel. The motion passed.
