Ministry Mission
The Endowment and Memorials/Honoraria Ministry's mission is to provide the congregation an opportunity to honor, celebrate, and memorialize loved ones and events through donations to the Endowment Fund and the Memorials/Honoraria Fund and to reach out to those in need through grants to non-profit organizations.
Ministry and Committee Activities/ACTS
The Endowment Fund Committee presented grants to the Hill Country Community Ministries, Lutheran Social Services of the South, and Trinity Center during worship as blessings on September 29.
The Endowment and Memorials/Honoraria Ministry hosted a table at the Ministry Fair on October 19.
The Endowment and Memorials/Honoraria Ministry sent the following letters:
Acknowledgement to Cheryl Bertero for the Rosenquist donation in loving memory of Cheryl's father.
Thank you to the Rosenquists for the donation in loving memory of E. Larry Catt, Cheryl Bertero's father.
Thank you to Bob and Mary Kohls for the donation in honor of their 40th anniversary.

Upcoming Events and Ministry Plans - Important Calendar Items
Endowment Fund Committee: Develop, review, and adopt a guide for activities that TLLC Endowment grants typically support, the Endowment Fund Committee Yearly Calendar, and the process for Phase IV, Follow Up of the grant cycle.
Endowment Ministry: Acknowledge donations to the Endowment and Memorials/Honoraria Funds.
Memorials Committee: Contact other churches to learn about their Memorials/Honoraria programs.
Memorials Committee: Evaluate, prioritize, and publicize Council and staff memorials requests.
Memorials Committee: Launch a publicity campaign to familiarize the congregation with Memorials and Honoraria giving opportunities and to present the procedures for making donations.
