NURTURE MINISTRY REPORT

Mission:
To provide nourishment and growth to the physical, social, and spiritual needs of our community of faith through shared experiences, dialogue, and fellowship.
Ministry and Committee Activities:
1. The small groups continue to meet.
2. Acquired new coffee maker for Fellowship Hall which was installed by Property Committee representative.
3. Provided reception following Thomas "Tom" Wendell Edgell Memorial Service.
4. Co-hosted New Member Potluck Luncheon with Witness Ministry.
5. Nurture Advisory Group continues to provide advice and counsel to the Ministry Director.
TLLC Staff Input:
None at this time.
Project Process:
1. A proposal entitled "Nurture Assistants" for strategically and comprehensively providing nurture services to the families of the congregation is under review.
Council Actions: None required
Upcoming Events:
1. At the request of Worship & Music Ministry, Nurture Ministry will provide pie and refreshments following the Thanksgiving Service Wednesday evening Nov.26th.
2. Plans for congregational Christmas Open House on December 7th are being finalized.
