Ministry Mission:
To provide for proper maintenance, construction, repair, and protection of all property of the congregation.
Ministry & Committee Activities/ACTS
Property Committee met on October 7, 2008.
Work day completed on Oct 4 with M&Ms to trim photinias and sage along sidewalks to improve visibility of church from streets.
Items for CDC attention given to Dave Polzin, and he is working on them.
Prepare budget for upcoming year and send to Joel.
Charles Maddox and Dave Polzin at Property table for ministry fair.
Provide input on room dividers for fellowship hall.
Continuing landscape around church grounds.
Continue discussion on estimated spending for escrow fund expenditure.
