Before submitting your request, please review the Building Use Fee Schedule. Applicable fees must be paid for the reservation to be effective. If you have questions, please contact 512.346.5683. Upon Submission your request will be acknowledged by e-mail within 48 hours. If you are planning a large event that requires room set up, AV, etc. contact the office at 512.346.5683 at least 2 weeks prior to event to go over details.
Describe AV needs (such as projectors, microphones, TVs, DVD player, audio, hook-ups, etc.) You must bring your own laptop.
