Enrollment Process
Step 1:
Read the Parent Handbook for detailed information.
Step 2:
Schedule a tour of our school.
Step 3:
Fill out enrollment forms and pay the registration fee.
Non-Refundable Registration Fee
Must be paid within 48 hours of receiving all enrollment paperwork.
Returning Students: $200 | New Students: $250
Enrollment for the upcoming school year begins in January-February. There are two enrollment windows. The first window is for currently enrolled preschool families. The second is for new families. (See the Calendar for exact dates)
If you are interested in enrolling in the current school year, contact the Preschool office to inquire about openings.
- There are seven(7) forms that must be completed and returned.
- In addition to filling out all the Enrollment forms, you will need to provide a copy of your health insurance card and a copy of your driver license(s).
Step 4:
Classroom Placement.
Each enrollment is date/time stamped for enrollment prioritization. If you are enrolling multiple children, the first date/time stamp will apply to all of your children.
The registration fee must be received within 48 hours of turning in your enrollment forms to secure your “place in line”. Failure to pay voids the original time stamp.
Enrolling families will receive a confirmation letter within seven working days, verifying their child’s schedule.
Enrollment prioritization is as follows:
- TLLC Staff and Preschool Staff Children
- Currently Enrolled Child(ren), with priority given in this order:
a. TLLC Members, with returning siblings
b. TLLC Members, single child enrollment
c. Non-TLLC Members, with returning siblings
d. Non-TLLC Members, single child enrollment - New Siblings of Returning Child(ren), with priority given in this order:
a. TLLC Members
b. Non-TLLC Members - New Siblings of Previously Enrolled Child(ren), with priority given in this order:
a. TLLC Members
b. Non-TLLC Members - New Preschool Families and/or Child(ren), with priority given in this order:
a. TLLC Members
b. Non-TLLC Members
Step 5:
Waitlist
In order to better meet the needs of all children, the number of children in each class is limited. Once a class is filled, names are put on a waitlist for the school year. Preference on the waitlist is given to TLLC staff, siblings of currently enrolled children, church members, and then the community. A non-refundable $40 fee is charged to be on the waitlist per year.
Sun’s Out Scholarship
The Preschool offers financial assistance to families through the Sun’s Out Scholarship. This application process is confidential.
