One way we encourage and promote faithful and generous financial stewardship for both the operating needs of the church, as well as special, non-recurring ministry needs is through the selection of Designated Giving Areas. In conjunction with the Senior Pastor each year, the Board of Ministries identifies areas of need that extend beyond the scope of our annual budget and general offerings and require an expenditure of $10,000 or more. These prioritized areas are approved by the Council and shared with the congregation so that special gifts that exceed a person’s or family’s pledge can be utilized in the areas of greatest need and in alignment with TLLC’s mission and ministry.
Dishwasher – $10,000
New automatic dishwasher and sprayer sink in kitchen to help speed up clean up to allow more time for ministry and less paper waste.
Digital Street Message Sign – $50,000
A new sign along Great Hills Trail will increase messaging to the community on current events and special meetings at TLLC.
