Nurture & Fellowship
The Nurture & Fellowship Team, through prayer and intentionally loving actions, serves this community by extending the helping hand of Christ to our fellow disciples through their joys, sufferings, and celebrations of life.

Care Ministry
The Care Ministry Team includes, the Senior Pastor, Visitation Pastor, and
church volunteers. They meet regularly to discuss any concerns and celebrations submitted through the Sunday morning prayer cards, the TLLC website or parishioners. Members are visited (as appropriate) and prayer concerns are shared with the Prayer Warriors.

Also part of our Care Ministry are:

Prayer requests are forwarded each week to the Prayer Warriors team through the Care Ministry Team or individual parishioners and then shared with the Prayer Warriors.
- Eucharistic Ministers – These folks visit the home bound members of our congregation and administer the Eucharist.
- Card Ministry – Church volunteers send cards of encouragement, congratulations, or get-well wishes to parishioners, as well as their families and friends, to let them know someone is thinking about them.
- Ride to Worship – Church members volunteer to pick up parishioners who desire to worship in person but who are no longer able to drive.
