Ian is from the Midwest (born in Chicago, raised in Indianapolis), and is a current seminarian at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He received his Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from East Tennessee State university and spent some time as a preschool teacher. Outside of his academic endeavors, Ian is a drummer, a huge fan of Hip Hop and R&B, a basketball player & enjoyer, a movie watcher, and a coffee enthusiast.
