Pastor Susie brings more than 20 years of experience in ordained ministry, much of which included the areas of both outreach and nurture. At her former congregations she developed Bible studies, retreats, and intergenerational events. She launched Spanish-language ministries, organized service trips along the Texas/Mexico border, grew the congregation’s food & clothing pantry, and secured a grant for mental health services. She is adept at connecting people’s gifts with ministry to help them serve in the congregation and community, and she is gifted in providing pastoral care and spiritual counseling.
