ACL Weekend!

Austin City Lutherans Logo

This weekend and next Austin will celebrate the annual Austin City Limits Music Festival and TLLC will celebrate our own ACL of sorts… Austin City Lutherans. This ACL began years ago as a partnership of Lutheran congregations in the Austin area who were looking to do “More. Better. Together.” (“Mas. Mejor. Juntos”) . This Sunday, Pastor Tim Anderson will join us as our guest preacher in worship and will lead our Faith in Action class to give us an update on ACL’s ministries: the Bread for All Food Pantry and Mariposa Family Learning Center. He will also introduce us to a new vision for ACL to partner with existing non-profit organizations to tackle housing needs in the city.

New Sanctuary

As we join back together in our new and improved Sanctuary, we give thanks for our partnership with ACL and for the ministry we do together!  Join us this Sunday to worship together and learn more.

The scriptures for this Sunday are Psalm 8 and Mark 10:13-16.  Songs for this Sunday are “Indescribable” 4, “Mighty to Save” and “Come, Thou Fount”.  We give thanks to this week’s Worship Leaders, Production Crew, and Musicians!
