Four members of TLLC participated in Mariposa’s first pickleball tournament. The Eastside Paddle Club is a brand new facility and everyone had a blast! You can see the baskets, pickleball oriented, that the two winners won, watched by young and old. Here’s what Pastor Tom had to say…..
Dear Friends of Mariposa,
While thank you notes will be forthcoming, I want to say a special word of thanks to all who participated in this lively and fun inaugural event! To all who contributed, sponsored, participated, and supported this fun(d)raiser, we are grateful. There were 34 people who came to play, spectate, cheer, and host. When you add another 30+ donors who did not play, the engagement level was terrific! Thank you.
Because of your generosity we raised over $50,000.00 with more donations to come. This means so much to the Mariposa mission of serving our children and families in the under-served area of Austin. Your contribution is living out “loving one’s neighbor”.
