6-week series: September 3/4 – October 22/23, 2025
Wednesdays Online @ 11am
Thursdays @ 1pm, Community Classroom
Join us for a new Pastor’s Bible Study as we “travel” from Egypt to Mt. Sinai, the Nile, the Red Sea, and the wilderness exploring the sites of Moses’ life. Using historical information, archaeological data, and biblical text, author Adam Hamilton guides us in the footsteps of this reluctant prophet who grew in his relationship with God and by the end of life had successfully fulfilled the role he was given. We’ll examine the significant challenges facing Moses and how God shaped his character and life in powerful ways. As we explore the story of Moses, we’ll consider how God can – and maybe already has – turned our own reluctance into boldness for the sake of the world.

Adam Hamilton, senior pastor of The United Methodist Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, KS, leads one of the most influential mainline churches in America. Known for his impactful writing, Adam Hamilton books include best-sellers such as The Journey, The Way, 24 Hours That Changed the World, Enough, and When Christians Get It Wrong.
