Triumphant Trails Restored

The Triumphant Love Trails were built by long time member Ralph Erchinger with the help of Boy Scouts. They started by building an outdoor worship area after the land for our church was purchased in the late 70’s, then went on to create a system of trails throughout our 14+ acres over several years.

The trails are frequently visited and appreciated by our neighbors in the community and include a marked path for prayer and meditation accessible by a stairway adjacent to the Resurrection Garden entrance.

Marked Prayer Path

One of our more challenging trails goes down from the north side of the Outdoor Worship Area along the ravine nearly all the way down to the end of our property behind the church. This trail was built many years ago but became almost unrecognizable after trees fell across it during the big ice storm last year.

Blocked Trails

Last Saturday four members of the TLLC Trail Team spent two hours removing branches and tree limbs, making the path once again traversable.
