Without Fear

Sunday’s scriptures remind us that being a disciple requires forgiveness, fearlessness, and boldness. Paul often wrote to fledgling churches to offer thanksgiving, encouragement, and further teaching. This time he writes to the Philippians from prison. Though he is uncertain about the outcome of his imprisonment, he continues to committed to the ministry of the gospel and his mission to share the good news without fear, and he calls on the Philippians to live bold lives that reflect and enhance the gospel mission.

Join us this week as Bishop Sue Briner reflects on TLLC’s new mission – how it fits our congregation and yet will continue to challenge us to live bold lives that reflect the gospel. Just as Paul encouraged the Philippian church, so Bishop Sue will encourage us!
