Youth Group Prepares Lasagnas for Folks in Need

High School Youth Prepare Meat & Cheese Lasagna for TLLC Family and Friends in Need of a Meal

In October 2025, our fellowship hall was filled with an extra dose of joy – and the delicious aroma of homemade lasagna – as our high youth gathered for a special service project! As part of God’s Work. Our Hands. our group came together to prepare pans of lasagna to stock our church freezer, ensuring we are ready to support those in need at a moment’s notice.

Laughter echoed and friendships grew as youth followed recipes and worked towards a common goal of preparing food for others! Prior to the youth assembling these dishes adult volunteers prepared meat sauce so that we can offer a little extra nourishment. We now have 8 pans of delicious frozen lasagna made with love, in our TLLC freezer.

If you know members in need, please reach out to the church office (512-346-5683 / info@tllc.org) to arrange a time for you to pick up a tray for any member who could use support while recovering from an illness/ injury, grieving, welcoming a new baby, or the like.

Thank you to all who helped out!
