DaVinci’s Mystery: Separating Truth from Fiction
If you’ve ever read or watched The DaVinci Code by Dan Brown, you may have some questions regarding how much of its content is true and how much is fiction. In today’s class, three scholars from Luther Seminary (on DVD) address speculation regarding secret documents, examine Jesus’ relationship with Mary Magdalene, and discuss the formation of the New Testament. Prerequisite: I strongly encourage you to read the book or watch the movie prior to this class.
